Wake up and shine is our signature house blend, created to be the comforting heart of your mornings. It offers a well-balanced, creamy and sweet profile with prominent notes of chocolate, rich caramel, and roasted hazelnut.

As with our entire lineup of three coffees, this blend is sourced exclusively through our partnership with Ocafi—a young team dedicated to bringing 100% transparency, fairness, and sustainability to Brazilian coffee.

Grown at an altitude of 900–1,100 meters, Wake up and Shine consists of naturally processed varieties (Catuaí, Catucaí, Acaiá, and Mundo Novo) achieving a high SCA score of 83-84. The core goal of this bean is simple: to deliver robust, consistent, year-round quality you can always rely on.

To guarantee this stability and enhanced transparency, Wake up is crafted primarily using exceptional coffees from Ocafi’s three own family-run farms, supplemented by selected local partners who share their strict quality standards:

Fazenda Pinheiro: Acquired in 2003, this farm is the heart of the operation. It combines innovative agricultural techniques with traditional cultivation and hosts the main quality lab. Pinheiro stands out for its holistic eco-footprint, integrating specialty coffee with sustainable livestock, and features an advanced biogas system.

Fazenda Matão: Situated in the elevated, privileged terroir of Mococa, this farm is celebrated for its perfect coffee-growing conditions. Matão utilizes state-of-the-art sustainable technology, including a precision irrigation system that conserves water while ensuring the optimal development of sweet coffee cherries.

Fazenda São Domingos: Complementing the blend, this farm uses advanced processing technology to guarantee absolute flavor consistency. Dedicated to environmental preservation, São Domingos protects the regional biodiversity and works hand-in-hand with local ecological initiatives, including the Mata Atlântica reforestation project.
